Culture for Climate Scotland: 10 Steps for a Just & Green Recovery

Culture for Climate Scotland (CfCS) have today launched ‘10 Steps for a Just & Green Recovery’.

Initiated by Creative Carbon Scotland, Culture for Climate Scotland (CfCS) is a working group made up of individuals and organisations from across the cultural sector in Scotland. The group explores how the Scottish cultural sector can work towards a just and green recovery.

The CfCS believes “that following these 10 steps are imperative if we are to reach the Scottish Government's aim of net-zero emissions by 2045.”

The 10 steps contain five principles to be adopted by people working in the cultural sector, and five tactics to dismantle barriers and take action.

The launch of the 10 Steps on Thursday 19 August coincides with #GreenArts Day. Get involved on social media by following Creative Carbon Scotland on Twitter and Instagram (@CCScotland) and using the hashtag #GreenArts
