Represent the Cultural Sector at ScotGov Planning Workshops
How Scotland’s planning system operates is undergoing a transformation. And the Scottish Government recently launched a programme of engagement and consultation.
The transformation includes the fourth National Planning Framework (NPF4). Which is a long term plan that sets out where development and infrastructure is needed. To engage with the public / communities / professional bodies on NPF4, the government are running events across Scotland.
We need you there.
It is very important that culture is represented at the National Planning Framework 4 consultation events. Future planners will use this document which will inform decision making at local level for years to come. If you do anything for culture in 2020; sign up for one of these NPF4 events and make your voice heard! Sign up here: www.transformingplanning.scot/national-planning-framework/get-involved/
When you sign up, let us know which event you’re attending. That we way we can strategically cover areas where the cultural sector is less well represented. Drop an email to andy@culturecounts.scot.
