DCMS Response to our Immigration System Recommendations

Jeremy Wright MP has thanked our members for correspondence on the UK’s future immigration system. The letter from The Secretary of State; Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), is available below.

Background

Culture Counts wrote to DCMS in response to the UK Government’s future skills-based immigration system White Paper. We shared eight clear recommendations for the UK Home Office. Representatives of Scotland’s culture sector (through working with Culture Counts) wrote the eight recommendations.
