Our briefing to new and returning MSPs
We’ve been circulating a briefing to new and returning MSPs to (re)introduce Culture Counts - Scotland’s advocacy network for the arts, heritage and creative industries. The briefing highlights our role in making the case for culture as fundamental to our common future, and to progress the conditions for a sustainable, long-term future for Scotland’s cultural sector.
In it we’ve highlighted current key workstreams, including re-forming a Cross Party Group on culture in the new Parliament, A Culture Act for Scotland, our recently published Culture Spending Tracker, and outlines the ways in which we are able to work with elected representatives.
