Useful Facts update: An invitation

Useful Facts is an index of research on the impact of the arts heritage and creative industries. It was designed by Culture Counts in 2017/18 to meet a specific need of our members. From listening to members we discovered they needed access to research, for example, to help with advocacy, lobbying, and funding applications. However, the right and reliable research can be hard to find. Research reports are often very text heavy and it can be time consuming to find the most ‘useful’ bits. So we created this tool which highlights key facts and takeaways to help our members with their work.

As we come to the end of 2024, we're updating Useful Facts to include the latest research and data. We’ve created a Google Form to invite our members - and the wider sector - to share insight to help us make this resource as relevant and useful as possible. The form is your opportunity to:

• Share any reports that has data you think we should include in Useful Facts, and / or

• Let us know any areas of research in which you struggle to find the data you need. 

We'll include your responses in our research for this 2024 update. Anyone can respond to this survey - you don't need to be a member of Culture Counts. The deadline for responses is 22. November 2024.
