National Planning Framework 4: Our Consultation Evidence

Culture Counts has submitted a written response to the Scottish Government’s consultation on their Draft National Planning Framework 4 (NPF4).

NPF4 is a long term plan that sets out where development and infrastructure is needed. The Scottish Government made this short video to explain it.

We hosted two design workshops with members to understand the views of the sector on the draft. We gathered our findings for the Scottish Government consultation which can be read in full below.
