Explainer
At the Scottish Parliament, questions are asked by MSPs to the Scottish Government during question sessions. Portfolio Questions is one kind of question session in the Scottish Parliament.
The questions MSPs ask must relate to the ministerial portfolio of the Portfolio Question session.
