Creative Scotland's Fair Work Review

Creative Scotland is undertaking a review of Fair Work for people working in the arts, screen and creative industries.

“Fair work is work that offers all individuals an effective voice, opportunity, security, fulfilment and respect. It balances the rights and responsibilities of employers and workers, and it generates benefits for individuals, organisations and society.” Fair Work Convention

The Scottish Government's aim is for Scotland to be a Fair Work Nation by 2025. To inform Creative Scotland's planning around Fair Work, they have launched a survey. This survey will inform a wider review including interviews, and events.

Creative Scotland wants to hear from anyone with responsibility for the workforce or leadership in the sector (including self-employed individuals).

The survey takes 15-20 minutes to complete and is open during September. For more information visit the survey webpage here.
