Inquiry: The Long-Term Impact of the Pandemic on Towns and Cities

The UK Parliament’s COVID-19 Committee has opened an inquiry into the long-term impact of the pandemic on large towns and smaller cities. Their work focuses on housing and green spaces, the changing nature of employment and public transport, and the resulting impact on inequality. The Committee will also “explore the potential to develop and implement an innovative vision for the future of towns and cities, especially how we create more equal towns and cities.”.

This inquiry has an open call for evidence from anyone with answers to the questions in the call for evidence. You can read the call for evidence on the committee page here. The call for evidence is open until Wednesday 30 June 2021.
