Finance Committee to Scrutinise Replacements for EU Structural Funds in Scotland
The Finance and Public Administration Committee at the Scottish Parliament has started to scrutinise what funding will replace EU Structural Funds in Scotland.
“Under the EU’s 2014-2020 budget, Scotland was allocated up to €944 million in structural funding.” 1
The UK Government has said replacing EU funds, post-Brexit will include;
the new UK Shared Prosperity Fund starting from April 2022
a Community Renewal Fund
a Levelling Up fund
