Scottish Government Consultation is seeking views from from members of the public, the charity sector, and anyone with an interest in charity law.
It’s 13 years since the passage of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005; Scot Gov wish to understand how well the current arrangements are working and explore potential improvements.
Final date for responses is Monday 1 April 2019.
