  • Scottish Government Consultation is seeking views from from members of the public, the charity sector, and anyone with an interest in charity law.

  • It’s 13 years since the passage of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005; Scot Gov wish to understand how well the current arrangements are working and explore potential improvements.

  • Final date for responses is Monday 1 April 2019.
