Equality, diversity and inclusion co-learning working group

Culture Counts is seeking core members to join an equality, diversity and inclusion co-learning working group.

What am I committing to?

EDI co-learning working group participants will take part in a series of facilitated events over twenty four months. The events will highlight best practice, innovation and explore how to make improvements in equality, diversity, and inclusion, by working and learning together in a supportive environment.

Our first meeting took place in April 2022. But we’re still open to new members.

The events cover protected characteristics such as age and disability; race and religion; sex, gender, and class discrimination.

We’re keen to hear from people, for example:

  • Which organisation has undertaken great work that everyone should know about and learn from?

  • Who got it all totally wrong though learned from it, lived to tell the tale and is keen to share?

  • Who would be a great person to lead and facilitate an age discrimination focussed event?
